Gluten-free/Allergy-free cookbooks and other resources for managing food allergies, celiac disease, autism, and other medical conditions that require a special diet. Currently, six cookbooks/lifestyle manuals are offered.

Services

Carol Fenster, Ph.D. also consults with food manufacturers. She developed the new line of gluten-free mixes and recipes for Bob’s Red Mill Natural Foods, Inc., a leader in the natural foods industry. Western Commerce Corporation hired her to develop recipes using a low-glycemic sweetener called agave nectar. She also consults with US Grains Council on sorghum in the gluten-free diet.

 She also consults with individuals, developing menu plans that use foods appropriate for their special diets. Her expertise is in cooking without the traditional American ingredients of wheat, dairy, eggs, sugar, and yeast. Her articles appear in national magazines such as Living Without: A Lifestyle Guide for People with Food and Chemical Sensitivities and Veggie Life.

 She is also a nationally recognized speaker at national conferences and local support groups across the nation.
