Bread is such as important part of our lives. It’s no wonder then that people who adopt a gluten-free lifestyle wonder how they’re going to enjoy sandwiches, toast at breakfast, croutons in their salads––and all the other dishes we create with bread.
You can buy gluten-free bread in health food stores or from mail-order sources. Chances are, however, that you’ll prefer bread that’s baked in your own kitchen! Whether you make your bread from scratch or use a mix, here are some tips to help you bake the best gluten-free bread you’ve ever tasted.
